Cancellation Terms
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full reimbursement if:
- You inform the organizers minimum 14 calendar days prior to the event.
- The event is cancelled due to COVID-19 regulations.
- The event is cancelled due to any government regulations.
Standard Deductions
Even in cases of full refund eligibility, the following charges are non-refundable as they are paid to third-party services:
- GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- Payment Gateway Charges
- Internet Handling Fees
Non-Refundable
Anyone who informs in less than 14 calendar days prior to the event will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive any refund.
*This policy helps us manage logistics, t-shirt printing, and medals which are pre-ordered.
We Want You There!
We strongly encourage our participants to participate in the event on the day and timings stated. The experience of the trail is worth more than the refund!
