We offer a full refund (Excluding GST, Payment Gateway Charges And Internet Handling Fees)
If a registered participant is not able to attend the event and informs the organisers minimum 14
calendar days prior to the event. 

OR If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 regulations 

OR If the event is cancelled due to any government regulations.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement (Excluding GST, Payment Gateway Charges And
Internet Handling Fees) 14 calendar days prior to the event.
Anyone who informs in less than 14 calendar days prior to the event will no longer be eligible and
won’t be able to receive any refund. 

We encourage our participants to participate in the event on the day and timings stated.
